Sorry for the late response, I havent been on ModDB for a couple of days, F4RO will include weapon and junk alterations in the future, I haven't gotten that far just yet, but they are next on the list, I recently released version 1.0 on the other modding site, not sure if I can name it here, I'll be uploading it here now too. So far I only have renamed the food and drugs, as well as added a food poisoning effect for a couple items so far, and renamed the Syringer to Dartgun due to renaming all the syringe items as 'Dart'.Each inventory section in the pipboy (EX. Aid, Weapon, Junk.) will be released as a separate.esp file for better customization and compatibility with other mods.+2 votes.
